Free Vaccine Clinic May 21 at Meridian Park Elementary School
Childhood vaccines, Flu, and COVID will be available, for free to uninsured children.
Shoreline School District is partnering with the WA State Department of Health Care-a-Van to offer a free mobile vaccine clinic at Meridian Park Elementary School on May 21, 3:00-7:00 pm.

Vaccines Available
- Childhood vaccines, including COVID and Flu as well as school-required immunizations are NO COST for uninsured patients 6 month through 18 years old. (19+ are considered adults.)

COVID vaccines are NO COST to patients who are uninsured and underinsured.

Flu vaccines are NO COST to patients that are uninsured.
How to Prepare
- If insured, please bring proof of insurance.
- If registering for a COVID vaccine, please bring your vaccine card or digital verification record.
- Pre-registration is strongly encouraged; walk-ins will be accepted based on time and vaccine availability.
